Terms of Use
Last updated: 27 July 2026
Welcome to the Niotis Travel website. By accessing, browsing or using this website and its available services, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before submitting a booking request or using any website function.
1. Purpose of the website
The website provides information about private transfers, airport and port transfers, tours, excursions and related travel services. Information is provided for general purposes and does not constitute a binding offer until availability, the final price and any service-specific terms have been confirmed in writing.
2. Requests and booking confirmation
Submitting a form or message is an availability request and does not automatically create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after Niotis Travel sends confirmation and, where required, the agreed payment or deposit has been completed. Customers must review the confirmation details and report errors promptly.
3. Prices and payments
Indicative prices may vary according to route, duration, passenger numbers, luggage, waiting time, additional stops and special requirements. The final price is communicated before confirmation. Any applicable taxes, fees or additional charges are stated in the quotation or booking confirmation.
4. Cancellations and changes
Specific cancellation, amendment, no-show and refund conditions are communicated before each booking is finalised. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
5. Passenger responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate route, date, time, passenger, luggage, flight or ferry and special-needs information. Passengers must follow safety instructions, use seat belts and behave in a way that does not endanger the vehicle, driver or third parties. Child seats, animals, oversized luggage and special equipment must be requested in advance.
6. Delays and force majeure
Niotis Travel makes reasonable efforts to provide safe and punctual services. It is not responsible for delay or non-performance caused by traffic, severe weather, strikes, road closures, flight or ferry changes, government action, unforeseeable technical incidents or other events outside its reasonable control.
7. Content and intellectual property
Website text, logos, graphics, photographs and overall presentation are protected by applicable law. Copying, republication, modification or commercial exploitation is prohibited without prior written permission, except where expressly permitted by law.
8. Third-party links and services
The website may include links, maps, payment platforms or other third-party services. Niotis Travel does not control their content or practices, and their use is governed by their own terms and policies.
9. Limitation of liability
Reasonable efforts are made to keep website information accurate and current, but technical or typographical errors may occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Niotis Travel is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the website.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated to reflect service or legal changes. The latest version is published on this page and applies from its publication date.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Greek and European Union law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. Questions or complaints may be submitted to Niotis Travel using the details on the Contact page.
